Privacy policy

Last modified: October 12, 2026

Thanks for using WordCrafter.

This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures that TinyMentions Inc., operating as WordCrafter (collectively WordCrafter, or “we”, or “us”, or “our”) uses on the collection, use and disclosure of your information when you use the WordCrafter Service (the “Service”).

We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information we collect by other means (including offline) or from other sources. Capitalized terms that are not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meaning given them in our Terms of Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

WordCrafter uses information we collect to operate, maintain and provide you the features and functionality of the Service, to analyze how the Service is used, diagnose service or technical problems, maintain security, personalize content, remember information to help you efficiently access your account, monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns, and track Content and users as necessary to comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and other applicable laws.

We collect information from you when you:

  • Create or register an account, or when you manage your account.
  • Upload information, data or content to our Service.
  • Communicate with us via our email, chat, or via any other form.
  • Contact us for customer support.
  • Integrate third-party products and services with your WordCrafter account.
  • Visit any of our websites or download any of our apps.
  • Interact with other WordCrafter users and guests on our community forums.
  • Participate in any promotions, demonstrations, contests, surveys, or other marketing events.

Information You Provide

You provide us information about yourself, such as your name and e-mail address, if you register for an account with the Service, including by connecting with the Service via a third-party service, or by “following,” “becoming a fan,” adding the WordCrafter application, etc., on a third party website or network. Your name, email address and other information you choose to provide on the Service will be viewable and discoverable by other users, in accordance with your settings on the Service.

We may use your email address to send you Service-related notices (including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail). We may also use your contact information to send you marketing messages. If you don’t want to receive these messages, you can opt out by following the instructions in the message. If you correspond with us by email, we may retain the content of your email messages, your email address and our responses.

If you choose to use our invitation service to invite a friend to the Service, we will ask you for that person’s email address and automatically send an email invitation. WordCrafter stores this information to send this email, to register your friend if your invitation is accepted, and to track the success of our invitation service.

Content

You also provide us information in content you post to the Service. Your content and metadata about your content may be viewed by other users in accordance with your settings on the Service. WordCrafter can, but has no obligation, to monitor your content you post on the Service. We can remove any information you post for any reason or no reason.

Shared Presentations

We sometimes share a presentation with you through a link, for example a product overview sent before or after a call. Opening one asks for your email address. In most cases we then send a message to that address with a link to confirm it is yours, but if the address already belongs to a WordCrafter account we may recognize it and let you straight in without sending anything. We store the address so the presentation keeps working on your next visit without asking again, along with the internet protocol (IP) address you first connected from and when we last saw you. Where the address matches a WordCrafter account, we associate the two.

We may also create a personal link for you rather than asking you for anything. In that case we record the email address, name and company our team already holds for you, and we record when the link was first and last opened and how many times. We can revoke a personal link at any time, and you can ask us to.

While you have a presentation open, we record how it was used: when the visit started and ended, how long it lasted, how much of that time the page was actually in front of you, which slides you viewed, how long you spent on each of them and how many times you came back to each, how far through you reached, and whether you got to the end. We also record the internet protocol (IP) address you connected from, your browser’s user agent string, the kind of device you are using, the page that referred you, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed.

We use this to understand whether the material was useful and to follow up with you. It is visible to WordCrafter staff. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing; the providers described in Information Shared With Third Parties below may handle it on our behalf, on our instructions. You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, as described in Right to Access, Edit and Remove Your Information below.

Please note that revoking a personal link stops that link from working, but it does not by itself close the presentation to you: a presentation shared this way admits anyone who can confirm an email address, so you could still reach it through the ordinary route, and we would record that visit as described above. If you want us to stop recording your visits altogether, or to delete what we have already recorded, ask us and we will do it.

Website and Product Analytics

When you visit wordcrafter.ai or use the WordCrafter app, we record how you use them: the pages you view (the address, the page title, the page that sent you there, and how long the page was in front of you, counted up to one minute per page, and whether you interacted with it), your browser’s language and time zone, the actions you take in the product (for example signing up, signing in, starting a trial, changing your plan or using a feature), and how you reached us: the website you came from and any campaign details in the link you followed, such as utm_source or utm_campaign tags and advertising click identifiers (for example gclid, fbclid or msclkid). We do this whether or not you are signed in. We do not record your IP address or your browser’s user-agent string for this purpose (we look at the user-agent string only to tell whether a visit comes from an automated program, and keep only that answer). To protect the service from abuse we count requests per IP address using a scrambled (keyed-hash) form of the address that is discarded within a day.

An anonymous identifier. To connect the pages you view over time, our server places a cookie named charm_aid on your browser. It contains only a random identifier and nothing about you. It lasts 13 months and is renewed each time you visit. It is set by our own server only on wordcrafter.ai, the address our website and app are served from (www.wordcrafter.ai sends you there), and not on WordCrafter subdomains that another company runs for us, such as our Champions program site champions.wordcrafter.ai, which is operated by Rewardful. Until you tell us who you are, what we record is tied only to this random identifier. Identifiers are never shared between WordCrafter and our other products (Signaly and Crowd Intelligence). A second cookie, charm_utm, remembers how you first reached us and how you most recently reached us (the campaign details and the referring website described above; we use the most recent one for 30 days), so that when you sign up we know which of our marketing brought you.

When we link this activity to you. We link the activity recorded under your browser’s identifier to you when you:

  • create a WordCrafter account;
  • sign in to your account;
  • book a demo with us;
  • click a link in an email we sent you. Links in our emails carry a short signed code (named cer) that tells us which email the link came from. It is checked by our server and removed from the address before the page opens.

Once your browser is linked to you, the activity it recorded before, while you were anonymous, becomes part of your record with us. We use it to understand which of our marketing brought you to WordCrafter, how you use the product, and to support you and follow up with you.

Forwarded emails and shared computers. If you click a link in an email that we sent to someone else, for example because it was forwarded to you or you were copied on it, your browsing on that browser may be linked to the person we sent the email to, not to you. We try to ignore clicks made by automated link scanners and clicks made within about a minute of sending, but we cannot catch every case. When you sign out we start a new identifier on that browser, and when a different person signs in on a browser where someone else last signed in, we start a new identifier first. Browsing on a shared computer after one person signs out and before the next person signs in is linked to whoever signs in next. A browser that was linked to someone only through a link in our email or a demo booking, with nobody signed in there before, does not get a new identifier when another person signs in, so it can end up linked to both of them. If you think your activity has been linked to someone else, or someone else’s activity to you, email us at feco@wordcrafter.ai. We will unlink that browser and erase what it recorded (or, where the browser is also linked to its own user’s account, detach it from the wrong record). You can also use “Forget this browser” below.

Why we do this, and your right to object. We process this information on the basis of our legitimate interests in understanding which of our marketing brings people to WordCrafter, understanding how the product is used so that we can improve it, and supporting and following up with the people who use it. We do not use the information described in this section to show you advertising, we do not send it to advertising platforms, and we do not sell or share it with anyone for their own purposes. You have the right to object to this processing at any time, using the choices below or by emailing us at feco@wordcrafter.ai.

Browser privacy signals. Our website and product analytics do not respond to “Global Privacy Control” (GPC) or “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals sent by your browser. Instead, please use the choices below, which we always honour.

Your choices.

Checking this browser’s tracking setting…

  • Stop tracking on this browser. This sets a cookie named charm_optout for one year. While it is set, we place no charm_aid cookie and record no pages or actions from this browser, and nothing this browser does is linked to you or to anyone else, whether you sign up, sign in, book a demo or click a link in one of our emails. It does not stop us keeping the records of your account that the service itself creates (such as your sign-ins, your plan and the work you do in WordCrafter), which belong to your account, not to this browser. It applies only to this browser and only to WordCrafter, and clearing your cookies removes it. “Resume tracking” removes it.
  • Forget this browser. This asks us to erase the activity that we recorded under this browser’s anonymous identifier, and removes the charm_aid and charm_utm cookies. A new random identifier is set on your next visit unless you have also chosen “Stop tracking on this browser”. It does not erase information linked to your account; to erase that, email us at feco@wordcrafter.ai.
  • Email us at feco@wordcrafter.ai to object, to ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to erase it.

Cookies

When you use the Service, we may send one or more “cookies” – a small data file – to your computer to uniquely identify your browser and let WordCrafter help you log in faster and enhance your navigation through the site. A cookie may convey anonymous information about how you browse the Service to us. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive after you close your browser so that it can be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the Service. Persistent cookies can be removed by following your web browser’s directions. A session cookie is temporary and disappears after you close your browser. You can reset your web browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some features of the Service may not function properly if the ability to accept cookies is disabled.

In addition, we use the following cookies and browser storage for the website and product analytics described in “Website and Product Analytics”. They are set only by us, for WordCrafter, and are never read by other websites or by our other products.

NameWhat it doesHow long it lasts
charm_aid (cookie)A random identifier that connects the pages you view on this browser. Set by our server; not readable by scripts on the page.13 months, renewed on each visit
charm_utm (cookie)How you first reached us and how you most recently reached us (campaign tags, click identifiers, referring website). Not readable by scripts on the page.13 months from the last time it changed; the most recent visit’s details are used for 30 days
charm_rot (cookie)Set for a short time after you sign out, so that we can tell which activity belongs to the old identifier.Up to 1 day; removed once used
charm_optout (cookie)Remembers that you chose “Stop tracking on this browser”.1 year, or until you choose “Resume tracking”
cer (link parameter)A signed code in links in our emails that tells us which email a click came from.Removed before the page opens; each code works for 30 days
charm:q (session storage)Holds analytics events briefly until they are sent.Until sent, or until the tab is closed
charm:uh (session storage)Holds the identifier of the account signed in on this tab, so that the tab’s events are matched to that account.Until you sign out, or until the tab is closed
charm:reset (local storage)Tells your other open WordCrafter tabs to discard their unsent events when you sign out.Until replaced by the next sign-out

Log Files

When you use the Service, our servers automatically record certain information sent by your web browser. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, what software and hardware you use, browser type, pages or features of WordCrafter used, date and time stamps of transactions, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, mobile carrier, and other such information.

Clear Gifs Information

When you use the Service, we may employ clear gifs (also known as web beacons) which are used to track the online usage patterns. In addition, we may also use clear gifs in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened by recipients. The information is used to enable more accurate reporting and make WordCrafter better for our users.

Geo-Location Information

When you use the Service by or through a mobile device, we may access, collect, monitor and/or remotely store “location data,” which may include GPS coordinates (e.g. latitude and/or longitude) or similar information regarding the location of your mobile device. Location data may convey information about how you browse the Service to us. Location data does not collect or share any personally identifiable information about you. Location data may be used in conjunction with personally identifiable information. Some features of the Service, particularly location-based services, may not function properly if use or availability of location data is impaired or disabled.

Device Identifiers

When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may access, collect, monitor and/or remotely store one or more “device identifiers.” Device identifiers are small data files or similar data structures stored on or associated with your mobile device, which uniquely identify your mobile device and are used to enhance the Service. A device identifier may be data stored in connection with the device hardware, data stored in connection with the device’s operating system or other software, or data sent to the device by us. A device identifier may convey information about how you use the Service to us. A device identifier does not collect or share any personally identifiable information about you. A device identifier may be used in conjunction with personally identifiable information. A device identifier may remain persistently on your device, to help you log in faster and enhance your navigation through the Service. Some features of the Service may not function properly if use or availability of device identifiers are impaired or disabled. WordCrafter may access, collect and/or store device identifiers upon enabling WordCrafter Services.

Information We Get From Others

We obtain additional information about you from third party sources, to enrich your experience on the website and provide you with more relevant information related to our service offerings.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected for a variety of purposes, which may include:

  • Providing you with the Service.
  • Administering your account.
  • Billing and accounting.
  • Responding to requests or inquiries.
  • Providing customer support or technical support.
  • Alerting you to product updates and to provide information about your plan with our Service.
  • Marketing WordCrafter services and features that you may be interested in.
  • Monitoring the performance of marketing efforts.
  • Customizing existing and future product offerings and other aspects of the Services to you and other users.
  • Securing the Services and our systems, and protecting your information and data.
  • Any other legitimate business purpose, provided that information is aggregated and anonymized.

We have implemented encryption or other appropriate security controls to protect your personal information when stored by WordCrafter. Unless content is made viewable in accordance with your settings on the Service, WordCrafter and WordCrafter employees will not view your content except: (i) to maintain, provide or improve the Service; (ii) to help you and resolve your support requests; or (iii) as WordCrafter believes, in its sole opinion, is necessary to comply with or avoid the violation of applicable law or regulation or to cooperate with law enforcement.

WordCrafter will not sell your content to third parties. Aggregated and anonymized content may be used for the improvement of the Service.

Information Shared With Third Parties

WordCrafter may share your personally identifiable information with other third parties for the purpose of providing a better Service to you. These parties include data storage services, maintenance services, payment processing, database management, email providers, analytics tools to help us understand how you use the site, marketing and sales solutions, data providers about your company, and services that help us secure the Service. These third parties may have access to your personal data for the purpose of performing these tasks according to our instructions. Such third parties’ use of your information will be bound by this Privacy Policy. We may also store personal information in locations outside the direct control of WordCrafter (for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers).

Charm, our internal customer system. The information described in “Website and Product Analytics”, together with your account details, your emails and chats with us, and your use of the product, is sent to Charm, our own internal customer-relationship and support system. Charm is run by us, the same organisation that provides WordCrafter; it is not an outside company. It holds our records of customers and prospective customers for WordCrafter and for our other products (Signaly and Crowd Intelligence), and it is where our team sees your account, your conversations with us and your activity. Records are kept per product; a person is connected across our products only when the same email address belongs to them in each. Charm is hosted on Google Cloud. Our team may use AI features in Charm, provided by AI model providers acting as our service providers, to help summarise and act on these records. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.

Your Use

We will display your Personal Information in your profile page and elsewhere on the Service according to the preferences you set in your account. Any information you choose to provide should reflect how much you want others to know about you. Please consider carefully what information you disclose in your profile page and your desired level of anonymity. You can review and revise your profile information at any time. We may also share or disclose your information with your consent, for example if you use a third party application to access your account.

Data Retention

WordCrafter will retain your data for as long as is necessary for the purposes established by this Privacy Policy, within the retention periods below. We apply specific retention periods based on the type of data:

Marketing & Account Management Data: We retain contact data (names, business emails, usage history) for 24 months after the most recent customer interaction, extendable to 36 months for active sales discussions, unless you object earlier or a longer statutory obligation applies, except as described under Website and Product Usage Data below.

Product Content: Your documents, research, briefs, projects, context library, uploaded images, audio and files, Agent Studio settings (such as rules, modes, memories, business context and AI settings), and saved API keys are kept while your subscription is active. When your subscription ends, whether you cancel it, you cancel a free trial, or a payment could not be collected, your account becomes read-only and this content is kept for 90 days, so you can view and export it or subscribe again. We email you seven days before it is deleted, and we do not delete it sooner than seven days after that email. After the 90 days it is deleted, together with any content from earlier versions of the Service. Your account login, profile, billing history and usage records (which AI models were used, how much, and the cost, with no content) are not part of this deletion, so you can sign in and subscribe again. If you delete your account, your product content and profile are deleted with it, your login is removed, and any active subscription is canceled at once, without a refund. Support conversations linked to your account (such as chats you started while signed in, with their messages, attachments and any email replies in those chats) are deleted too. Your billing history and usage records are kept.

Support Data: Support conversations linked to your account are deleted when your account is deleted. Other emails you send to support, and chats you start while signed out (unless you then sign in from the same browser), are held under the email address they came from, even if it is your account’s address, and are not linked to your account. These and other support tickets and chat transcripts are retained for up to 360 days after account closure to facilitate bug investigation or legal defense, then deleted or anonymized. You can ask us to delete them sooner by telling us the email address. Short notifications that we post to our internal team chat about your account, bookings, billing, research activity and support conversations may remain there after deletion.

Backup Data: Encrypted disaster-recovery backups are retained for 30 days on rolling rotation, after which the data is deleted. Content deleted from the Service can therefore remain in these encrypted backups for up to 30 days after its deletion.

Website and Product Usage Data: Activity recorded under a browser’s anonymous identifier that is never linked to a person (pages viewed, actions, campaign details) is deleted 360 days after that browser was last seen. Once it is linked to you, your website activity and the actions you take in the product are kept for as long as you have an account with us or we keep a customer record about you, unless you ask us to erase them. If you delete your account, the activity linked to you through that account (when you signed up or signed in) is erased; activity linked to you only through a demo booking or a link in one of our emails stays with your customer record for as long as we keep one. This is separate from the usage records described under Product Content (which AI models were used, how much, and the cost), which are kept after your account is deleted.

If you make a request to delete your account, please know that we may retain information or personal data as necessary in order to comply with any potential legal obligations, agreements, interests, or disputes, subject to the retention periods outlined above.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information

We may disclose your non-private, aggregated, or otherwise non-personally identifiable information, such as anonymous usage data, platform types, etc., with interested third parties to help them understand the usage patterns for certain WordCrafter Services.

Blog & Community

Our Service offers publicly accessible community services including blogs. You should be aware that any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them. Your posts may remain even after you cancel your account.

Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement Requests; Protection of WordCrafter’s Rights

WordCrafter may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect WordCrafter’s rights or property.

Business Transfers

As we develop our business, we may buy or sell assets or business offerings. Customers, email, and visitor information is generally one of the transferred business assets in these types of transactions. We may also transfer or assign such information in the course of corporate divestitures, mergers, or dissolution.

How We Protect Your Information

The security of your information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) as part of our service, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We do not store your credit card information or other sensitive data on our servers. For any transaction we use the services of a secure payment gateway to provide safe and secure payment procedures. Your credit card information is never transmitted via our website since the payment gateway is responsible for collecting, storing and encrypting your data.

WordCrafter uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information, once we receive it. For example, we continuously and regularly back up your data to help prevent data loss and aid in data recovery. We also guard against common web attack vectors, and implement firewalls and access restrictions on our servers to secure our network and better protect your information. No method of electronic transmission of storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot ensure or warrant the absolute security of any information you transmit or store in the Service.

In the event that personal information is compromised as a result of a breach of security, WordCrafter will promptly notify those persons whose personal information has been compromised, in accordance with the notification procedures set forth in this Privacy Policy, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

Your Choices About Your Information

You may, of course, decline to submit personally identifiable information through the Service, in which case WordCrafter may not be able to provide certain services to you. You may update or correct your account information at any time by logging in to your account.

Right to Access, Edit and Remove Your Information

Subject to applicable EU law, you have a right to access the personal information that WordCrafter holds about you. WordCrafter strives to ensure that Personal Information is correct. Your rights include:

  • The right of access. Provide you with information about our processing of your personal information and give you access to your personal information.
  • The right to rectification. Update or correct inaccuracies in your personal information.
  • The right to erasure. Delete your personal information.
  • The right to restrict processing. Restrict the processing of your personal information.
  • The right to data portability. Transfer a machine-readable copy of your personal information to you or a third party of your choice.
  • The right to object. Object to our reliance on our legitimate interests as the basis of our processing of your personal information that impacts your rights.
  • The right to withdraw consent. Stop sending you direct marketing communications. You may continue to receive Service-related and other non-marketing emails.
  • The right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
  • Participate in any promotions, demonstrations, contests, surveys, or other marketing events.

You may exercise your rights by contacting us at feco@wordcrafter.ai.

You can object to our website and product analytics at any time: use “Stop tracking on this browser” or “Forget this browser” in Website and Product Analytics, or email us at feco@wordcrafter.ai.

If you ask for a copy of your information, it includes what we hold about you in Charm: your account and product records, your website and product activity, the browsers linked to you and how they were linked, and the history of your stage with us (for example lead or customer) and of changes to your profile details. Where something is linked to you only through a link in an email or a shared computer, we review it before we send it, so that we never give you another person’s activity.

Children’s Privacy

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. Our Service is not directed to persons under 13. WordCrafter does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register with the Service. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us at feco@wordcrafter.ai.

International Data Transfer

We may transfer information that we collect about you, including personal information, to affiliated entities, or to other third parties (as provided herein) across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world. If you are located in the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, please note that you are transferring information, including personal information, to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction, and you consent to the transfer of information to the U.S. and the use and disclosure of information about you, including personal information, as described in this Privacy Policy.

Data Processing Agreement for Business Customers

For business customers who require a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to comply with data protection regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable privacy laws, we provide a comprehensive DPA that governs how we process personal data on your behalf. Our DPA includes Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for international transfers and outlines our technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

You can review our complete Data Processing Agreement at https://wordcrafter.ai/dpa. If you need a signed copy of a DPA for your organization, please contact us at feco@wordcrafter.ai.

We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from the Service, nor the information or content contained therein. Please remember that when you use a link to go from the Service to another website, our Privacy Policy is no longer in effect. Your browsing and interaction on any other website, including those that have a link on our website, is subject to that website’s own rules and policies.

EU-US Privacy Shield

WordCrafter complies with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries transferred to the United States pursuant to Privacy Shield. WordCrafter has certified that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles with respect to such data. WordCrafter is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). If there is any conflict between the policies in this privacy policy and data subject rights under the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. To learn more about the Privacy Shield program, and to view our certification page, please visit https://www.privacyshield.gov/

In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, WordCrafter commits to resolve complaints about your privacy and our collection or use of your personal information transferred to the United States pursuant to Privacy Shield. European Union individuals with Privacy Shield inquiries or complaints should first contact WordCrafter at: feco@wordcrafter.ai.

WordCrafter has further committed to refer unresolved Privacy Shield complaints to EU Data Protection Authorities (EU DPAs). If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint from us, or if we have not resolved your complaint, please contact or visit EU DPAs for more information or to file a complaint. The services of EU DPAs are provided at no cost to you.

If your Privacy Shield complaint cannot be resolved through the above channels, under certain conditions, you may invoke binding arbitration for some residual claims not resolved by other redress mechanisms. See Privacy Shield Annex 1 at https://www.privacyshield.gov/article?id=ANNEX-I-introduction

As a last resort and under certain limited and prescribed circumstances and conditions, you have the right to invoke a “last resort” binding arbitration process between you and us to resolve a dispute related to our collection, use or disclosure of your Personal Information.

In particular, as further specified in this Privacy Policy, we will maintain compliance with the Privacy Shield principles by adhering to the following practices:

Notice

When we collect your Personal Information, we’ll give you timely and appropriate notice describing what Personal Information we’re collecting, how we’ll use it, and the types of third parties with whom we may share it. This Privacy Policy serves as such notice, and any changes to our collection, use or disclosure of your Personal Information will be reflected in revisions to the Privacy Policy posted on our website.

Choice

As established and described in this Privacy Policy, we’ll give you choices about the ways we use and share your Personal Information, and we’ll respect the choices you make.

Accountability for Onward Transfer

If we transfer your Personal Information to another country, we may remain liable and will take appropriate measures to protect your privacy and the Personal Information we transfer.

Security

We’ll take appropriate physical, technical, and organizational measures to protect your Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

Data Integrity and Purpose Limitation

We’ll collect only as much Personal Information as we need for specific, identified purposes, and we won’t use it for other purposes without obtaining your consent. We’ll take appropriate steps to make sure the Personal Information in our records is accurate.

Access

If you wish to confirm the accuracy of your Personal Information or have it removed from our systems and records, you may contact us at feco@wordcrafter.ai.

Recourse, Enforcement and Liability

We’ll regularly review our continued adherence to these privacy obligations, and we’ll provide and maintain the independent mechanism specified in this Privacy Policy as a way to resolve complaints about our privacy practices.

Further, we acknowledge our potential liability for misuse of your Personal Information by us or our third-party service providers, as further set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

If we change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on this page to keep you aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we may disclose it. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

Please contact us at feco@wordcrafter.ai with any questions regarding these Privacy Policy.
