A new customer who upgrades to a paid plan within 60 days of clicking your link or using your code. Attribution is first-click, so your link has to be the first touch. Free trials do not generate commissions on their own: when a trial ends and the first payment lands, the commission posts.
Upgrades count as new transactions. As long as they land within the customer’s first 24 months, each new transaction generates its own commission.
If a customer cancels or is refunded within the first 2 months of their subscription, we may claw the commission back or deduct it from future commissions.
Any commission earned on the refunded amount is deducted from your balance. The 45-day clearing window exists exactly so this rarely touches money already paid out.
No. Self-referrals are monitored, and any commission they generate is voided. The program pays for bringing new people in, not for routing your own subscription through your own link.
