WordCrafter offers a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for customers whose use of WordCrafter involves personal data. The full agreement is published at wordcrafter.ai/dpa.

What it covers

The DPA covers how WordCrafter processes personal data on your behalf, including:

Processing of your personal data and the people who handle it
Security measures
Sub-processors
Data subject rights
Personal data breaches
Deletion or return of data
Audit rights
International data transfers, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses
U.S. state privacy laws

Its annexes set out the details of the transfer, the technical and organizational measures, and the authorized sub-processors.
