Every WordCrafter plan includes support by chat, email and call. There is no premium support tier: every customer gets the same help.
Who answers
Support is a founder-run inbox, not a ticket queue. Your messages are read and answered by the team behind WordCrafter, and calls are with Federico, WordCrafter's founder.
Channels
Channel | Best for |
|---|---|
Chat, bottom right of the app | Quick questions and problems while you work. You can attach screenshots. |
Email, feco@wordcrafter.ai | Longer questions, account or billing requests, anything you want in writing. |
A call, from Support & Onboarding | Setting up your workflow, reviewing what you publish, or working through something together. See Booking a call. |
Getting help covers how to use each one and what to include when you report a problem.
Reply times
When we are online, we typically reply within a few hours. When we are away, the chat says so, usually with the time we expect to be back, and we reply by email. Replies to chat messages arrive in the chat and in your inbox, so you do not have to keep the window open.
Account requests
Some requests go through support rather than a button in the app:
Deleting your account. Use Delete account… in your account settings, which opens a pre-filled email to support. Export anything you want to keep first, for example with Export everything in Settings. See Managing your subscription.
A signed Data Processing Agreement. See Data Processing Agreement.
When support helps with your account, they can see and change most things in it, but not your password, email address, profile details or billing. See Security and your data.
