Support at WordCrafter is a founder-run inbox, not a ticket queue. Pick whichever way suits you, and a person reads it.
Ways to reach us
Chat. Send a message from the chat button at the bottom right of the screen, in the app or on the website. Replies arrive in the same chat window, and in your email inbox.
Email. Write to feco@wordcrafter.ai. We read and answer everything.
A call. Book a call from the Support & Onboarding tab in your account. See Booking a call.
This help center, for guides and answers on every part of WordCrafter, any time.
All three are also on the Support & Onboarding tab in your account, under Talk to us.
Using the chat

Signed in to WordCrafter? The chat already knows who you are, so you can start typing.
On the website and not signed in? The chat first asks for your first name, last name and email, so we can follow up by email if we miss you. Then click Start chat.
You can attach images to a message: JPG, PNG, GIF or WebP, up to 10 MB each. Your past conversations stay in the chat, under See all conversations.
When to expect a reply
The chat tells you whether we are around:
When we are online, it says we typically reply within a few hours.
When we are away, it says we are offline and will reply by email, usually with the time we expect to be back.
Either way, your message is received, and the reply also lands in your inbox.
Reporting a problem
A good report gets fixed faster. Include what you can:
What you were doing, step by step, and what you expected to happen.
What happened instead, including any error message, word for word.
Where it happened: the screen, and the title of the content or research.
A screenshot, attached to the chat message.
Roughly when it happened, especially for something that failed partway, like a research run or an agent run.
