What is WordCrafter?
AI research and AI writing in one product. SERP research reads what ranks on Google for your keyword, and an AI agent that knows your research, your business and your style helps you write it. See What is WordCrafter?
What happened to Reddit Intelligence?
Reddit Intelligence is no longer part of WordCrafter. It is now Crowd Intelligence, a separate product with its own account and subscription, at crowdintelligence.io. WordCrafter focuses on research and writing. If you have questions about a Reddit Intelligence subscription, contact support. See Customer support.
Do I have to run research before I write?
No. Research is the recommended start for anything that needs to rank, but you can write straight away or import content you already have. See The three ways to start.
Does WordCrafter publish to my website or CMS?
No. WordCrafter does not connect to or publish to your CMS. When your content is ready, you export it: copy it as rich text to paste into Google Docs, Notion or WordPress, or download it as PDF, Markdown or HTML. There is no Word (.docx) export. See Exporting your content.
Can a colleague work in my account?
No. A WordCrafter account belongs to one person, and plans do not include extra seats or shared editing. Each person who writes needs their own account.
Which AI models does WordCrafter use?
Models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and DeepSeek, all included on every plan. You can choose separate models for planning, writing and images, and connect your own API keys if you want. See Saved instructions and model defaults.
Is my content used to train AI models?
WordCrafter never trains on your content or research. OpenAI, Anthropic and Google do not train on data sent through their paid APIs; DeepSeek's API terms are the exception. Some background features use models WordCrafter chooses, which can include DeepSeek. See Is my content used to train AI models?
Where is my data stored?
On Google Cloud Platform in the United States. See Security and your data for who can see your account and how long data is kept.
How much does it cost?
Three monthly plans, Pro, Startup and Business, all with the whole product, after a 14-day free trial. See Plans and pricing and the Pricing FAQs.
How do I get help?
