Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. You get the whole product, with Pro's research credits and AI usage allowance.
Starting the trial
The trial starts during sign-up, at the Billing step. See Setting up your account for every step.
A card is required. The trial turns into a paid Pro subscription when it ends, unless you cancel.
Nothing is charged today. $0 is taken when the trial starts.
A $1 authorization hold checks that the card works. It is not a charge, and it is reversed within 3 to 5 days.
Promo codes can be entered on the same step.

What you can use
Everything. There is no trial version of the product: every feature and every AI model is available. Your usage follows the Pro plan: 5 research credits and a $6 AI usage allowance. See Research credits and AI usage.
Upgrading during the trial
Need more research credits or AI usage before the 14 days are up? You can upgrade to Startup or Business from Plan in your account. Upgrading ends the trial right away and starts your paid subscription on the new plan.
Canceling the trial
Open Plan in your account and click Cancel Free Trial. The cancellation takes effect immediately and you are not charged. Your account becomes read-only: you can still read and export what you made, and it is kept for 90 days in case you subscribe later.
