Do I have to run research before I write?
No. Research is the recommended start when content needs to rank, because the agent and the SEO panel then work from what actually ranks. For anything else, New → New content opens the editor straight away, and you can attach research later. See The three ways to start.
What is a project for?
A project groups one body of work, such as a blog or a client, and can have its own business context, rules, memory and model defaults on top of your account's. If you only write for one brand, the default project may be all you need. See Projects.
Can I move content or research to another project?
Yes. Select content in All Content, or research in All Research, and use Move. In the editor, More Options → Move to project moves the draft you have open.
What happens to my content if I delete a project?
It stays. Content, briefs and research from a deleted project become unfiled, and you can move them into another project. Rules and memories that belonged only to that project are deleted. See Projects.
What happens to my content if I delete a research?
It stays too. The research is detached from it, so the agent and the SEO panel stop using its findings. See How research connects to writing.
Can I use one research for several pieces of content?
Yes, as many as you like, without spending another credit. Each piece of content can have one research attached at a time.
Can I delete the default project?
No. The default project is built in: new work goes there unless you choose another project, so it cannot be deleted. You can rename it. It is not where unfiled content goes: unfiled content has no project, and you find it under Unfiled in All Content.
Where do I see how much I have used?
The two meters in the band under Home's counters show your research credits and AI usage for the billing period. Click either one for the full Usage page. See Research credits and AI usage.
Why can't I skip the onboarding call?
Booking the call is a required part of signing up, and you choose a time that suits you. See Setting up your account.
